MOTORBOAT DRIVERS LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

House Floor Amendments

Representative Pace proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 32, Line 970:    Delete "or motorboat" and after line 970 insert
        "(b) (i) The licensee shall have evidence of his license certificate in his immediate possession at all times when driving a motorboat.

         (ii) For purposes of this Subsection (b), evidence of a license certificate includes the person's license certificate or electronic or other verification that the person has a valid license certificate that includes a motorboat endorsement."

2.    Page 32, Line 971:    Bracket "(b)" and insert "(c)"

3.    Page 32, Line 975:    After "(1)(a)" insert "or (b)"
