Representative Seitz proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 50: After "functions" delete "countywide" and insert:
":
(i) at the sheriff's discretion, within the unincorporated area of the county; and
(ii) at the request of a municipality that is located within the county or of a resident of the municipality, within that municipality"
