Representative Buffmire proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 8: After "penalties" delete "This act prohibits public"
2. Page 1, Line 9: Delete "employees from authorizing payroll deductions to a labor organizations's political fund."
3. Page 5, Lines 134-138: Delete lines 134-138 and renumber remaining subsections accordingly.
