    2-1-2001:    Delete "." and insert "; and"

3.    Page 3, Lines 68a-68b
    House Committee Amendments
    2-1-2001:    Deletes lines 68a-68b and insert: "including the public agency within a contiguous state would not subject the following to federal jurisdiction:
        (I) a supplier of natural gas;
        (II) the facilities or services of a supplier of natural gas; or
        (III) a provider of natural gas transportation services."
