Representative Matt Throckmorton proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 27: After "(a)" insert "the petitioner is no longer receiving treatment or medication for any mental illness or deficiency; (b)"
3. Page 2, Line 29: Delete "(b)" and insert "(c)"
