Representative David Clark proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 30:    After line 30 insert:
        "(i) be made only for a violation of a rule or regulation which is specifically listed in the declaration, bylaws, or association rules as an offense which subject to a fine;"

2.    Page 2, Line 31:    Delete "(i)" and insert "(ii)"

3.    Page 2, Line 31:    At the end of line 31 insert "specific"

4.    Page 2, Line 33:    Delete "(ii)" and insert "(iii)"
