Representative Bigelow proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 27: After "refundable credit of" delete "$2,500" and insert "$1,000"
2. Page 2, Line 30: After "(b)" delete "each consecutive" and insert "the" and after "taxable year" delete "for a four-year period beginning with the taxable year"
