Senator Paula Julander proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Line100:    After "individual" delete "." and insert "; and"

2.    Page 4, Line 103:    After "(A)" insert "the funeral establishment receives notice from the organ procurement organization that" and after "Section 26-28-4" delete "are" and insert "have been"

3.    Page 4, Line 106:    After "family;" delete "and"

4.    Page 4, Line 108:    After "person" delete "." and insert "; and"

5.    Page 4, Line 109:    Delete "(iii) The" and insert "(C) the" and after "Subsection" insert "(2)"
