Senator Poulton proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 24 - 25: After "(2)" delete the rest of line 24 and all of line 25, and insert:
"Each application for any type of license to operate a motor vehicle in this state shall contain the following statement which must be acknowledged by the applicant:"
