Senator Pete Suazo proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 8:    After "2000-01 and" delete "$39,000" and insert "39,500"

2.    Page 1, Line 16:    After "following" delete "17" and insert "21"

3.     Page 2, Line 29:    After line 29 insert
         "(g) a representative of the Utah Medical Association;
        (h) a representative of the Utah Nurses Association;
        (i) a representative of the Utah Hospital Association;
        (j) a representative of the Indian Health Board;" and renumber remaining subsections accordingly

4.    Page 2, Line 33:    After "through" delete "(1)(g)" and insert "(1)(k)"
