Senator Spencer proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, line 5:    After" Act" delete " by adjusting requirements for salary"

2.    Page 1, Line 6:    Delete " ranges in pay plans and"

3.    Page 2, Line 47:    Reinstate "to achieve"

4.    Page 2, Line 48:    Reinstate "comparability of" and delete "so that" and after "ranges" reinstate "to" and delete " are equal to or greater than"

5.    Page 2, Line 49:    After "enterprise" reinstate "and other public employment for similar work"
