Representative Matt Throckmorton proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 8:    After "act" delete "expands the requirement for" and insert "requires"

2.    Page 1, Line 9:    Delete "to include" and after "placement," insert "or"

3.    Page 1, Line 10:    After "division" delete the rest of line 10

4.    Page 1, Line 11:    Delete "division to leave the home"

5.    Page 8, Line 217:    After "78-3a-301(4)(b)(ii);" insert "or"

6.    Page 8, Lines 218-219:    Delete lines 218 through 219

7.    Page 8, Line 220:    Delete "(e)" and insert "(d) as an alternative to removal of the child,"

8.    Page 8, Line 223:    After "through (1)" delete "(e)" and insert "(d)"
