PROHIBITING EMPLOYMENT OF RELATIVES - AMENDMENTS

Senator Lyle Hillyard proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 28: After line 28 insert:
"(3) This section does not apply to:
(a) relatives who have a current contract with the governmental entity at the time the elected public officer assumes the duties of his office; or
(b) relatives employed for 12 weeks or less."
