Senator Suazo proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 16:    After "composed of" delete "ten" and insert "11"

2.    Page 2, Line 31:    After "Farmer's Union;" delete "and"

3.    Page 2, Line 32:    After "at large members" delete the period and insert "; and
        (h) one member of the Utah Fairpark Community Council, from nominations made by the Utah Fairpark Community Council."
