Representative Karen Morgan proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 27: After "Fund." delete "Beginning fiscal year 2001-02 there" and insert "There"
2. Page 2, Line 33: After line 33 insert "(c) Any realized or unrealized gains or losses on investments in the permanent state trust fund shall remain in the permanent state trust fund."
3. Page 2, Line 38: After "63-97-301(4)" delete "(a)"
