REPEAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY

6 This act modifies the Environmental Quality Code by repealing the Environmental Quality
7 Coordinating Committee.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 19-1-107, as last amended by Chapter 82, Laws of Utah 1997
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Repealer.
13 This act repeals:
14 Section 19-1-107, Environmental Quality Coordinating Committee created -- Chair
15 -- Function -- Meetings -- Per diem and expenses.
