DESIGNATION OF MEMORIAL HIGHWAY
2 2002 GENERAL SESSION

5 This act modifies the Transportation Code to designate a portion of the state highway system
6 as the Tenth Mountain Division Memorial Highway.
7 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
8 ENACTS:
9 72-4-201.5, Utah Code Annotated 1953
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Section 72-4-201.5 is enacted to read:
12 72-4-201.5. Tenth Mountain Division Memorial Highway.
13 (1) There is established the Tenth Mountain Division Memorial Highway composed of the
14 existing Route 224 from Kimball Junction southeasterly to the junction with Route 248 in Park
15 City.
16 (2) The department shall designate this portion of Route 224 as the "Tenth Mountain
17 Division Memorial Highway" on all future state highway maps.
