                  This act modifies provisions governing the National Guard by repealing the National Guard
                  Advisory Board.
                  This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
                  REPEALS:
                      39-1-61, as last amended by Chapter 61, Laws of Utah 1963
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Repealer.
                      This act repeals:
                      Section 39-1-61, National Guard Advisory Board.
