REPEAL OF NATIONAL GUARD ADVISORY

6 This act modifies provisions governing the National Guard by repealing the National Guard
7 Advisory Board.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 39-1-61, as last amended by Chapter 61, Laws of Utah 1963
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Repealer.
13 This act repeals:
14 Section 39-1-61, National Guard Advisory Board.
