REAUTHORIZATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE
2 RULES
3 2002 GENERAL SESSION

6 This act is required by the Administrative Rulemaking Act. It reauthorizes all state agency
7 administrative rules except those enumerated. This act takes effect on May 1, 2002.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
11 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for the following:
12 (1) R501-12-6 (B)(2)(d), Human Services, Administration, Administrative Services,
13 Licensing, Foster Care Rules, Foster Parent Requirements;
14 (2) R595-1, Judicial Conduct Commission, Administration, Rules of Procedure;
15 (3) Dixie State College, Student Code of Conduct, Item 16;
16 (4) Snow College, Academic Catalog, Student Life, Firearms, Explosives, and Weapons;
17 (5) Southern Utah University, Student Handbook and Academic Planner, III. On Campus
18 Behavior, Item 4;
