Vice-Chair Holdaway called the meeting to order at 8:14 a.m.
MOTION: Representative Siddoway moved to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2002 committee meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Representative Dillree absent for the vote.
1st Substitute S.B. 120 Motor Vehicle Insurance Coverage - Arbitration Requirements (M. Waddoups)
Senator Waddoups explained the bill to the committee.
Mr. Steve Sullivan, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, answered questions of committee members regarding the bill.
MOTION: Representative Adair moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously.
MOTION: Representative Siddoway moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed
unanimously.
Vice-Chair Holdaway adjourned the meeting at 8:26 a.m.
