MOTION: Representative Beshear moved to approve the minutes of the January 29, 2002 committee meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 263 Mobile Home Park Residency Act Amendments (W. Harper)
Consideration of this bill continued from the committee meeting of January 29, 2002.
Introduced a substitute and
explained the bill: Representative Harper
MOTION: Representative Saunders moved that 1st Substitute H.B. 263 replace H.B. 263. The motion passed unanimously, with Representative Alexander, Representative Winn, and Representative Newbold absent for the vote.
Chair Siddoway relinquished the chair to Vice Chair Newbold.
