Sen. Spencer chaired the meeting, which was called to order at 8:51 a.m.

1.     S.B. 168 PARENT VISITATION OFFICE (Sen. D.E. Allen)

    
Sen. Allen presented the bill to the committee.

     MOTION: Sen. Wright moved to accept 1st Sub. S.B. 168.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    Mandee Curtis, child, spoke to the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Allen moved to pass 1st Sub. S.B. 168 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.
    

    MOTION: Senator Davis moved to adjourn.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    The meeting adjourned at 8:56 a.m.
