MOTION: Sen. Waddoups moved to approve the minutes of January 30, 2002.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hale absent for the vote.
1. H.B. 63 Licensing Amendments Regarding Background Checks (A. Bradshaw)
Rep. Bradshaw explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hale absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen Waddoups moved to place the bill on the Consent Calender.
