MOTION: Sen. Hale moved to approve the minutes of February 6, 2002.

1. S.B. 151 Vehicle History Information (D. Eastman)
Sen. Eastman explained the bill.
Faisal Hasan, Manager of Government Relations, Carfax, spoke in support of the bill and answered questions.
MOTION: Sen. Eastman moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. S.B. 173 Motor Vehicle Registration for Fleets (D. Eastman)
Sen. Eastman explained the bill.
Ruland Gill, Government Affairs, Questar, spoke in support of the bill and answered questions.
MOTION: Sen. Hale moved to pass the bill out favorably.
