The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Sens. Hickman, Evans, and Dmitrich,
and Reps. Adair, Curtis, and King, recommends that the House recede from its amendments to
1st Sub. S.B. 4001, 2002 Bonding for Capital Projects, and adopt the original 1st Substitute
S.B. 4001 without amendment.
