DIVISION OF CORPORATIONS AMENDMENT
2 2003 GENERAL SESSION

5 This act modifies the Uniform Commercial Code by deleting a provision requiring the
6 Division of Corporations to annually report to the Administrative Rules Review
7 Committee regarding the operation of the filing office.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 70A-9a-527, as enacted by Chapter 252, Laws of Utah 2000
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Repealer.
13 This act repeals:
14 Section 70A-9a-527, Duty to report.
