6 This act is required by the Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act. It reauthorizes all state
7 agency administrative rules. This act takes effect on May 1, 2003.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
11 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized.
12 Section 2. Effective date.
13 This act takes effect on May 1, 2003.
