REPEAL OF SUNSET DATE FOR
2 LIMITATIONS ON ANNEXING TOWNSHIP
3 2003 GENERAL SESSION

6 This act repeals a sunset provision that would have eliminated in 2006 a prohibition
7 against a municipality in a first class county from approving an annexation petition for
8 an area within a township unless the entire township were annexed or unless the
9 annexation were approved by voters or property owners.
10 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
11 REPEALS:
12 63-55b-110, as enacted by Chapter 224, Laws of Utah 2002
13 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
14 Section 1. Repealer.
15 This act repeals:
16 Section 63-55b-110, Repeal dates -- Title 10.
