                  This act repeals the Prescriptive Practice Peer Committee.
                  This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
                  REPEALS:
                      58-31b-202, as last amended by Chapter 290, Laws of Utah 2002
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Repealer.
                      This act repeals:
                      Section 58-31b-202, Prescriptive Practice Peer Committee.
