Chair Thompson called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m.
MOTION: Representative Mascaro moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2003 committee meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Representative Bird, Representative Last, and Representative Litvack absent for the vote.
S.B. 95 State Emergency Medical Services Amendments (J. Valentine)
Senator Valentine explained the bill to the committee.
Ms. Joy Erickson, Senior Director - Advocacy, American Heart Association, spoke in support
of the bill.
MOTION: Representative Buffmire moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Representative Buffmire moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Representative Lockhart moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Thompson adjourned the meeting at 4:15 p.m.
