    Representative Urquhart called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m. and requested a motion to approve the minutes of February 5, and February 11, 2003.

MOTION:    Representative Donnelson moved to approve the minutes of February 5 and 11, 2003. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Allen, Becker, Curtis, McCartney, Styler and Ure absent for the vote.

H.B. 251    Amendments Related to Public Utilities     (C. Bennion)

    The sponsor introduced the bill and explained its intent. (See handouts on file)

MOTION:    Representative Donnelson moved to adjourn. The motion passed 9-2-2, with Representatives Becker and Bennion voting against the motion, and Representative Ure absent for the vote. The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
