Representative Donnelson called the meeting to order at 8:09 a.m. and indicated that the meeting would be continuation of public testimony for H. B. 251.
H.B. 251 Amendments Related to Public Utilities (C. Bennion)
MOTION: Representative Bennion moved to delete H. B. 251, and insert 1st Substitute H. B. 251, and amend lines 119, and 122:
1. Page 5, line 119: After that the insert approved
2. Page 5, line 122: After of an insert approved
The motion passed 8-1-3, with Representative Noel voting against the motion, and Representatives Curtis and McCartney absent for the vote.
