    Representative Donnelson called the meeting to order at 8:09 a.m. and indicated that the meeting would be continuation of public testimony for H. B. 251.

H.B. 251    Amendments Related to Public Utilities     (C. Bennion)

MOTION
:    Representative Bennion moved to delete H. B. 251, and insert 1st Substitute H. B. 251, and amend lines 119, and 122:

1.     Page 5, line 119:        After “that the” insert “approved

2.     Page 5, line 122:         After “of an” insert “approved     

    The motion passed 8-1-3, with Representative Noel voting against the motion, and Representatives Curtis and McCartney absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Representative Bennion moved to pass the substitute bill out favorably as amended.

    Representative Noel moved to adjourn. The motion passed 6-3-3, with Representatives Becker, Bennion, and Curtis voting against the motion, and Representatives Styler and Ure absent for the vote.

    The meeting adjourned at 9:30 a.m.
