MOTION: Rep. Seitz moved to approve the minutes of January 21, 2003. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Allen, Rep. Moss, Rep. Philpot, Rep.Winn and Rep. Clark absent for the vote.
H.B. 193 Historic Building Rehabilitation Tax Credits (C. Bennion)
Rep. Bennion introduced the bill and explained it to the committee.
Handouts were distributed an a visual aid chart was used.
Kirk Huffaker, Utah Heritage Foundation spoke in favor of the bill.
Barbara Murphy, State Historic Preservation Office spoke to the bill.
