Vice Chair Wallace called the meeting to order at 3:20 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Cox moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2003 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Alexander, Rep. Goodfellow, Rep. Love, Rep. Morgan, and Rep. Shurtliff absent for the vote.
S.B. 12 Industrial Assistance Fund Amendments (B. Evans)
Sen. Evans introduced the bill with the assistance of Mark Renda, Director, Industrial Assistance
Fund, Department of Community and Economic Development.
MOTION: Rep. Cox moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Alexander, Rep. Goodfellow, Rep. Love, Rep. Morgan, and Rep. Shurtliff absent for the vote.
