1. S.B. 33 Fees for Sheriff (M. Dmitrich)
Sen. Dmitrich explained the bill, assisted by Larry Bringhurst, Salt Lake County Constable Association.
Wes Goldsberry, Weber County Sherriff's Office, and Mark Walsh, Utah Association of Counties, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Evans absent for the vote.
2. S.B. 87 Library Amendments (M. Waddoups)
The bill was not considered at the sponsor's request.
MOTION: Sen. Eastman moved to adjourn.
