MOTION: Sen. Allen moved to approve the minutes of February 4, 2003.
The motion passed with all present voting in favor.
1. H. B. 176 TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS (Rep. M. Thompson)
Rep. Thompson presented the bill to the committee.
Sherrie Raymond spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Julander moved to pass H.B. 176 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with all present voting in favor.
MOTION: Sen. Thomas moved to adjourn.
The motion passed with all present voting in favor.
