At the request of the chairman, Sen. Jenkins called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.
1. MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to approve the minutes of February 13, 2003.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Allen absent at the time of the vote.
2. S.B. 158 Division of Child and Family Services Management Information System Amendments (D. C. Buttars)
Sen. Buttars presented the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. B. Evans moved to pass S. B. 158 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. B. Evans moved to adjourn.
Acting Chair Jenkins adjourned the meeting at 2:20 p..m.
