The meeting was called to order by Chair Evans at 4:28 p.m.
1. S.B. 133 Reauthorization of the Energy Policy Task Force (L. Blackham)
Sen. Blackham presented the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hatch moved to pass S.B. 133 Reauthorization of the Energy Policy Task Force (L. Blackham) out with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent at the time of the vote.
2. Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Julander moved to approve the minutes of 2-11-03.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent at the time of the vote.
3. H.B. 17 Agricultural Products Dealer's Act Amendments (C. Buttars)
Rep. Craig Buttars presented the bill. Sterling Brown, Utah Farm Bureau, spoke in support.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass H.B. 17 Agricultural Products Dealer's Act Amendments (C. Buttars) out with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen Davis moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Evans adjourned the meeting at 4:39 p.m.
