APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
MOTION: Sen. Allen moved to approve the minutes of February 20th 2003.
The motion passed with Sen. Stephenson and Sen. Waddoups absent at the time of the vote.
1. S.B. 188 FUEL TAX CREDIT (Sen. S. Jenkins)
Sen. Jenkins presented the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Bell moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 1, Line 11: Delete "refund" and insert "discharge"
2. Page 2, Line 54: Delete "receipt of the notice of" and insert "the date of the"
3. Page 3, Line 70: Delete "a refund" and insert "the discharge"
4. Page 5, Line 127: Delete "receipt of the notice of" and insert "the date of the"
5. Page 5, Line 143: Delete "a refund" and insert "the discharge"
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Stephenson and Sen. Waddoups absent at the time of the vote.

2. S.B. 175 REVENUE PROCEDURES AND CONTROL ACT AMENDMENTS (Sen. C. Bramble)

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to pass S. B. 175 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

3. S.B. 209 REGISTRATION FOR ATV'S AND NONAUTOMOBLILES (Sen. C. Bramble)

4. H.B. 221 EXTENDING THE SALES AND USE TAX EXEMPTION FOR POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES (Rep. D. Ure)
