Committee Chair Steele called the meeting to order at 9:25 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Walker moved to approve the minutes of February 3, 2003.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Hickman, Hale and Mayne absent for the vote.
Sen. Walker assumed the chair.
1. S.B. 52 Access to Uninsured Motorist Information (D. Steele)
Sen. Steele explained the bill.
Richard Kasteller, Insure-Rite, Inc., and Brian Allen, COO, Zions Insurance Agency, Inc., spoke in support of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Chair Steele resumed the chair.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to adjourn.
The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Steele adjourned the meeting at 9:42 a.m.
