Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Repealer.
This bill repeals:
Section 53B-4-102, Utah Interstate Commission for Cooperation in Higher
Education -- Memberships -- Terms -- Oath -- Vacancies -- Per diem and expenses.
