                  LONG TITLE
                  General Description:
                      This bill extends the repeal date on Section 78-9-101 for three years and repeals the
                  section defining the practice of law.
                  Highlighted Provisions:
                      This bill:
                      .    changes the repeal date on Section 78-9-101 from 2004 to 2007; and
                      .    repeals the definition of the practice of law.

                  REPEALS:
                      78-9-102 (Effective 05/03/04), as enacted by Chapter 339, Laws of Utah 2003
                 
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Section 63-55b-178 is amended to read:
                       63-55b-178. Repeal dates, Title 78.
                      (1) Section 78-9-101 , Practicing law without a license, is repealed May 3, [2004] 2007.
                      (2) Title 78, Chapter 60, Limitation of Judgments Against Governmental Entities Act, is


                  repealed December 31, 2004.
                      Section 2. Repealer.
                      This bill repeals:
                      Section 78-9-102 (Effective 05/03/04), Practice of law defined -- Who may practice.
