General Description:
This bill modifies the Mobile Home Park Residency Act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Section 57-16-17 is enacted to read:
57-16-17. Authority of political subdivisions.
This chapter does not prevent a city, county, or municipality from mediating and
enforcing state statutes governing a mobile home park.
