             7      LONG TITLE
             8      General Description:
             9          This bill requires legislative action regarding administrative rules.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:
             11          This bill:
             12          .    reauthorizes all state agency administrative rules except those enumerated.
             13      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             14          None
             15      Other Special Clauses:
             16          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2004.
             17      Uncodified Material Affected:
             18      ENACTS UNCODIFIED MATERIAL

             20      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             21          Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
             22          All rules of the state are reauthorized except for the following:
             23          (1) R156-73-601, Commerce, Occupational and Professional Licensing, Chiropractic
             24      Physician Practice Act Rules; and
             25          (2) R884-24P-24 (L)(1) and (2), Tax Commission, Property Tax, Form for Notice of
             26      Property Valuation and Tax Changes Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Sections 59-2-918 through
             27      59-2-924 .



             28          Section 2. Effective date.
             29          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
             30      on May 1, 2004.
