20 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
21 Section 1. Section 57-16-17 is enacted to read:
22 57-16-17. Authority of political subdivisions.
23 This chapter does not prevent a city, county, or municipality from establishing
24 ordinances regulating a mobile home park.
