Rep. Bowman called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Wallace moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2004 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Dee absent for the vote.
S.B. 160 Controlled Substances Act Amendments (Sen. P. Julander)
Sen. Julander explained the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Jones moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Jones moved that S.B. 160 be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Aagard moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
Rep. Bowman adjourned the meeting at 9:10 a.m.
