             8      General Description:
             9          This bill allows the Wildlife Board to set rules regarding duplicate licenses, permits,
             10      tags, or certificates of registration.

             23      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             24          Section 1. Section 23-19-10 is amended to read:
             25           23-19-10. Duplicate license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration.
             26          [Whenever any] If an unexpired license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration issued
             27      under the provisions of this code is destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Division of Wildlife


             28      Resources H. and its authorized license agents .H may H. [ set fees and ] .H issue a duplicate
