             6      LONG TITLE
             7      General Description:
             8          This bill adds one juvenile judge to the second judicial district.
             9      Highlighted Provisions:
             10          This bill:
             11          .    increases the number of juvenile judges in the second judicial district to six.
             12      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             13          None
             14      Other Special Clauses:
             15          None
             16      Utah Code Sections Affected:
             17      AMENDS:
             18          78-1-2.3, as last amended by Chapter 150, Laws of Utah 2004

             20      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             21          Section 1. Section 78-1-2.3 is amended to read:
             22           78-1-2.3. Number of juvenile judges and jurisdictions.
             23          The number of juvenile court judges shall be:
             24          (1) two juvenile judges in the First Juvenile District;
             25          (2) [five] six juvenile judges in the Second Juvenile District;
             26          (3) nine juvenile judges in the Third Juvenile District;
             27          (4) four juvenile judges in the Fourth Juvenile District;



             28          (5) two juvenile judges in the Fifth Juvenile District;
             29          (6) one juvenile judge in the Sixth Juvenile District;
             30          (7) two juvenile judges in the Seventh Juvenile District; and
             31          (8) one juvenile judge in the Eighth Juvenile District.
