8 This bill reauthorizes certain state entities and programs that would otherwise sunset
9 before the 2006 Annual General Session of the Utah Legislature.

13 before the 2006 Annual General Session; and
14 . makes technical changes.

30 63-55-219. Repeal dates, Title 19.
31 (1) Title 19, Chapter 2, Air Conservation Act, is repealed July 1, 2009.
32 (2) Title 19, Chapter 3, Radiation Control Act, is repealed July 1, 2012.
33 (3) Title 19, Chapter 4, Safe Drinking Water Act, is repealed July 1, 2009.
34 (4) Title 19, Chapter 5, Water Quality Act, is repealed July 1, 2009.
35 (5) Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 1, Solid and Hazardous Waste Act, is repealed July 1,
36 2009.
